It’s finally FALL! As much as I love summer, being off, going to the beach, and being tan… there’s just something about Fall. It’s sweatshirt and sweatpants time, scarves, warm cups of coffee, bonfires, the leaves are changing colors, and there is pumpkin flavored EVERYTHING. If you know me well, you know I am as basic as it gets when it comes to pumpkin. I love pumpkin spice anything. At this point, my blood type is pumpkin spice!
I was craving pumpkin pancakes from this cute little restaurant in my town but instead, I decided to make my own macro-friendly version. There’s were amazing and hit the spot. Not to mention, they are topped off with white chocolate pumpkin spice nut butter… WOW. Try them, you won’t regret it.
