So.. I'm new to blogging but I am excited to learn (so bare with me)! I had received a few requests for me to start a blog including topics like my training and daily nutrition. Since I am so passionate about this lifestyle and love to help as many people as I can possible, I decided to go for it! I am going to aim to post once a day Monday-Friday and once over the weekend.
