It's that time of year again where it's flu and cold season. Maybe you or someone around you (work, family, friends, fellow gym-goers) is getting sick. Being sick seriously sucks. I usually get sick at the WORST times. AKA why I decided to write this blog on preventing and/or shortening a cold NATURALLY.
I'm not anti-medicine but I definitely use it as a last resort. I'd way rather prevent sickness and heal my body with natural things like herbs, plants, oils, food, supplements, etc. If you're #TeamNatural then keep reading!
Things to do regularly or as soon as you start feeling "off" in any way, even a slightly stuffy nose:
Obviously you don't need to do ALL of those things (that would be immune system overload) but pick 2-3 things to try adding in the next time you're sick before turning to standard drug store medicines.
