So many of the members at the Q or my clients ask me things like “What should I eat?” “What do I eat before a workout?” “What are some meal ideas?” “What kinds of foods are you eating daily?” and so on. I thought it would be a cool idea to post a blog about what a typical day of eating looks like for ME.
(*REMINDER* I am eating for goals based off of MY body, MY goals, MY activity level, and MY lifestyle. Just because I eat one way or a certain amount of food does not mean you should be eating that exact same amount. We are all unique individuals with different bodies and different goals. Remember that!)
So… every morning my breakfast is pretty much the same exact thing but I get to play around with the amount of fats depending on whether it is a high-volume or low-volume training day for me.
Today, I am eating for a low/medium volume training day. I am also on a tiny bit of a cut in attempt to change my body composition a little bit. I am eating higher carbs and lower fat so on HV training days, my carbs are UP and my fats are low.

& that’s my day today! Allllll the food. I love to eat and hate being hangry (if you know me, you know how true this is haha). Every day of eating is different as in I eat different foods. I change it up. I don’t like eating the same EXACT thing each day. I may eat a lot of the same foods but I switch up how I eat them. Eating healthy is fun and tastes good. It doesn’t have to be boring and bland. Try new things, new foods, new combos!
I am passionate about creating a healthy lifestyle for myself & helping those around me.
